ASME SA213 TP316L لوله های بهداشتی الکتروپولیز شده با بالاترین استانداردهای صنعت داروسازی و بیوتکنولوژی برای تولید بخار خالص، توزیع آب برای تزریق (WFI) ،و سیستم های پاکسازی در محل (CIP)فرآیند الکترولیش یک سطح فوق العاده صاف، غیر فعال و بدون آلودگی ضروری برای حفظ خلوص محصول در محیط های تنظیم شده cGMP را ایجاد می کند.
- سطح شناسه الکتروپولیس شده:Ra ≤0.5μm (20μin) استاندارد، با Ra ≤0.38μm (15μin) در صورت درخواست در دسترس برای برنامه های حیاتی
- مطابق با ASME BPE:تولید شده با استانداردهای ASME Bioprocessing Equipment (BPE) برای سطوح تماس با محصول
- کاملاً غیرفعال شده:الکترولیس کردن لایه غیرفعال اکسید کرومیوم را غنی می کند و مقاومت در برابر خوردگی و تمیز کردن را به حداکثر می رساند
