Product Description
UNS S32205 Duplex 2205 یک فولاد ضد زنگ دوبلکس با نیتروژن تقویت شده است که مزایای هر دو میکروساخت های austenitic و ferritic را ترکیب می کند.تقریباً دو برابر قدرت تولید از درجه های استنتیک استاندارد (304/316) و مقاومت برجسته در برابر کرک خوردگی فشار کلرید (SCC)، این لوله های بدون درز انتخاب مورد علاقه برای خدمات مبادله گرما در نفت و گاز دریایی، پردازش شیمیایی و کاربردهای خنک شده با آب دریا هستند.
- مقاومت برتر به کلرید SCC:به طور موثر در برابر خوردگی استرس کلرید تا 150 درجه سانتیگراد مقاوم است، عملکرد بهتر از TP316L
- قدرت دو برابر:مقاومت خروجی ≥450 MPa اجازه می دهد تا طراحی دیوار نازک تر، کاهش وزن و بهبود انتقال گرما
