لوله های فلک مارپیچی با فرکانس بالافراهم کردن حداکثر سطح گسترده برای افزایش بهره وری انتقال گرما در ژنراتورهای بخار بازیافت گرما (HRSG) ، دیگ های گرمای ضایعات و اقتصاد کننده های صنعتی.فرآیند جوش مقاومت فرکانس بالا باعث ایجاد یک پیوند 100٪ متالورژیک بین نوار بالاب و لوله پایه می شود، تضمین رسانایی گرمای قابل اعتماد و یکپارچگی مکانیکی در شرایط چرخه حرارتی.
- پیوند متالورژیک:فرآیند HFW یک جوش جامد بدون فلز پرکننده ایجاد می کند، به دست آوردن قدرت پیوند بیش از مواد اولیه
